As part of New York Climate Week 2026, the Global CCS Institute will once again bring together senior leaders from across industry, government, and finance for its annual invitation-only side event. 

Register to attend the engaging 2026 APAC Forum on Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS), which will take place in Adelaide, Australia, from 17–21 August. Focused on international collaboration, the APAC Forum on CCS will bring together leaders and experts from governments, CCS projects, technology providers, and service companies to discuss the advancement of the CCS industry across the region and globally.

Participants will have the opportunity to expand their networks, gain insights from plenary sessions and expert panels, and engage in interactive workshops.

The Global CCS Institute will host a capacity building workshop in Warsaw, Poland, bringing together key stakeholders to discuss the current status of CCS in the country.

Developed in collaboration with the CCUS Poland Association, the workshop will explore successful business cases from regions where CCS projects are already underway, while also exploring funding mechanisms and the key challenges facing local emitters. Held on the 30th of September, the workshop is designed to support the advancement of Poland's CCS roadmap by encouraging knowledge sharing, practical discussion and collaboration between organisations involved in the development and deployment of CCS.

Geological CO2 storage is a key infrastructure asset that is essential for mitigating climate change and supporting carbon management efforts.
