The Global CCS Institute and the Global Cement and Concrete Association (GCCA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to advance the deployment of carbon capture and storage (CCS) across the global cement and concrete sector. The partnership will combine the Institute's expertise in CCS with the GCCA's global industry network to support industrial decarbonisation through joint outreach, thought leadership, capacity building and stakeholder engagement, reinforcing the role of CCS in helping the cement industry achieve its climate goals.
